Abstract

The most basic stages of family formation is marriage, which is established by valid marriage contract between a man and a woman, and they create rights and duties towards each other. One of the most important duties is good company. Naturally, in exchange for creating any right for each of the spouses, the other party is obliged to respect that right. Good communication is one of the important jurisprudential and legal issues, and it is a necessity to deal with its basics in the family. The current research, which was collected with a descriptive method and library method, has examined the basics of good communication in the family system. According to the findings of this research, the right to socialize in the family system, both from the perspective of Imami jurisprudence and Hanafi jurisprudence, as well as in Afghan law, is based on God's legislative will. get access
