The overall goal and main vision of the bi-quarterly  of «findings of law» is to expand legal and judicial knowledge in the society. therefore using the opinions of scholars and legal experts the incumbent of this journal will try to achieve the goal. however , the followings are objectives of this journal

1. "Establishing a suitable platform for publishing the works of professors and master's students of the Faculty of Law, at Al Mustafa international university
2. Supporting scientific and research activities to institutionalize research-based education.
3. building and expanding scientific and research environment at Al Mustafa university, and in the long-term across the entire scientific community of Afghanistan.
4. Proposition of solution for challenges and problems in facing society in the field of law and jurisprudence
5. Introducing publications and new theories law thinkers
6. Institutionalization of academic research culture in the field of legal and judicial affairs
