One of the most important issues in the relationship between couples is compliance, which is mentioned in jurisprudence and legal books and is considered among the duties and responsibilities of couples (mainly wives), although this discussion is not under the title of independence and is usually mentioned in the discussion of dowry and oath; However, among the topics that have been raised next to the subject of compliance, and its aspects should be addressed, there is the issue of Nashuz, which is closely related to compliance; What is the fact that obedience and obedience are opposite to each other and the characteristics and concepts of each are effective and useful in understanding the other. In the law of Iran and Afghanistan, the titles of Makin and Nashuz are not used, and jurists have deduced it from some articles of the civil law. In this research, with a descriptive analytical method, an attempt has been made to describe and explain makin, discuss submission and explanation, express opinions, evidences and examples, and then discuss and explain the concept and express examples and signs of makin, and the duties of men and women in front of non-masculine parties.
