One of the most widely used contracts at the national and international level is the sale contract, and many financial transactions are carried out through the sale contract. In this research, which was compiled with an analytical and descriptive method, the principles governing the contract of sale in national and international contracts will be explained. The findings of the research show that because the rights of the parties to the sale contract are well secured and guaranteed, this contract has a special place in Islamic jurisprudence and the internal laws of countries as well as international documents, and thinkers and jurists have done deep and deep research in the field of sale and issues related to They have done it. One of the very important and new issues that is of interest in both Islamic jurisprudence and international law today is the identification of the principles governing the sales contract, especially the international sale of goods, which is the focus of this article.
