Abstract
crime against humanity in the specialized sense; Used for the first time after the Second World War in the Nuremberg and Tokyo International Military Courts, which is referred to in paragraph (c) of Article 6 of the Nuremberg Charter and paragraph (c) of Article 5 of the Tokyo Charter. Sexual crimes as one of the examples of crimes against humanity firstly were mentioned in Article 2 of Law No. 10 of the Supervisory Council as one of its examples, as well as in Article 5 of the Statute of the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia and in Article 3 of the Statute of the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda. ; Then, in paragraph 1 of Article 7 of the Statute of the International Criminal Court, six issues were listed as sexual crimes, which are the topics discussed in this research: Violent defamation; sexual slavery; to commit adultery; Forced pregnancy; Forced sterilization and sexual violence, these are actually violations against the principles of humanity and a violation of human behavior, which are organized and knowingly carried out against the civilian population.
