Emergence and development of human moral traits is reflected in his behavior; Among these moral traits is the support of values - jealousy; Sometimes, like other moral traits, they become extreme and in the form of indifference and prejudice, they create various forms of violence against women. What comes in this article is to investigate and explain the relationship between honor bias and some crimes in the Afghan society, which is investigated with a jurisprudential-legal approach and considering that no comprehensive research has been done in this regard, and also considering the existing conditions. , the long-term presence of NATO forces, the expansion of Western culture through foreign institutions, has led to the significant presence of women in many fields, which has led to the emergence of various forms of honor prejudice, and today its effects and consequences, in social and cultural dimensions, have occurred. Crimes are related and it has a direct relationship with some crimes such as murder and robbery, assault and battery, it has been recognized in a way in the trial and this has an effect on the spread of prejudice. According to the results of this research, honor bias is closely related to murder crimes, crimes against property and property, as well as crimes against the safety and general comfort of the society.
